Passionate about Pediatrics, Encarnación Gómez Reina shaped her career as a Nurse towards the assistance of children and adolescents requiring hospital care. Specifically, she was part of Palliative Care Units where she accompanied children and their families during long medical procedures.  

Subsequently, she studied Psychology at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia in order to offer a much more personalized and assertive care to her patients.
