Nieves López García is a Senior Technician and Postgraduate Certificate in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Passionate about the career since she was very young, she has worked for more than 15 years in the area, which has allowed her to accumulate significant experience in this field.   

Follower of the literary works of the author Marta Garaulet, about this Specialty and Eating Habits, such as the book Pierde peso sin perder la cabeza, and with a philosophy of service that combines the clinic and Nutrition Education talks, all in the same method, was able to join the team of the Garaulet Nutrition Center in Valencia, becoming the Head of the Center and combining his knowledge and the procedures of this Spanish Slimming and Nutritional Counseling Center, based on the Mediterranean Diet and Slimming Eating.
