Dr. Lluch Escudero Pallardó is a nutritionist specialized in Obesity, Eating Disorders and Bariatric Surgery. She also focused her doctoral thesis on the latter discipline, in which she studied in depth the use of gastric bypass and vertical gastrectomy in morbidly obese patients.  

Along with his research activity, Escudero Pallardó has developed his professional career as a nutritionist in first level clinics, where he has been able to enhance and deploy his skills in nutritional counseling and care for patients with severe difficulties with food intake.
