Dr. Ángeles Sánchez-Cabezudo Muñoz is a Physician and Surgeon Specialist in Psychiatry, Expert in Brief Hospitalization and Clinical Management. After more than twenty years of outstanding training and professional career in leading university and hospital centers of prestige in Spain, she has become a Specialist in the Short Hospitalization Unit of the University Hospital Complex of Toledo. 

In addition to her healthcare functions, she dedicates an important part of her work to scientific research, in which her main line of investigation is Major Depression and Bipolar Affective Disorders, especially in the areas of biological and psychotherapeutic treatments. As a teacher, she is very involved in the Coordination with Primary Care, where she has participated in congresses, conferences and clinical sessions. She has published in both national and international journals, is co-author of the book Vive sin Recaídas and has participated in the development of the First Mental Health Plan of Castilla la Mancha.
