Dr. María Luisa Luque Valentín-Fernández is a medical professional with more than 2 decades of experience in the area of diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases and the visual system. She has worked for several clinical centers such as the University Hospital El Escorial, where she has held the position of Head of Service and, subsequently, Head of the Ophthalmology Section, a position supported by an important academic and practical career.  

She also collaborates with several academic organizations, having been the President and Head of the Hospital Continuing Education Committee of El Escorial. On the other hand, she has been a lecturer in several university programs related to the Ophthalmology Area, as well as a speaker at national and international congresses and seminars.
