The specialist in Microbiology and Parasitology, Iker Falces Romero has an active scientific career, with more than 60 publications in national and international journals in which he addresses the immune response of the vaccine against Covid-19 in adolescents with rheumatic diseases, HIV infections, bacterial pneumonias or hematological malignancies. 

His interest in this field has led him to join the La Paz University Hospital, where he carries out research work in the field of Molecular Microbiology, as well as being an active participant in health congresses.
