Rafael Estévez Benito is an acclaimed magistrate from Cáceres, recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Justice with the Distinguished Cross of First Class of the Order of San Raimundo de Peñafort. 

This brilliant jurist holds the position of dean judge of that province and has developed his professional career in the legal-procedural field and in the field of gender equality. In the latter field he is involved as a member of the Equality Commission of the Judicial Association Francisco de Vitoria.
