Dr. Aurelio Hernández Laín is a great specialist in the field of Neuropathology. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field, a career in which he has combined clinical practice at the 12 de Octubre University Hospital with teaching and research. In addition to having a distinguished doctoral thesis based on the development of a new model of cerebral embolism in rats, he has directed several studies related to the factors that condition embolic lysis.  

On the other hand, he is Professor of several subjects of Health Sciences in multiple university programs, promoting scientific dissemination through university teaching.
