Dr. Jaime Díaz Guzmán is an internationally distinguished physician for his highly specialized practice in the neurological field, especially with regard to the clinical management of cerebrovascular diseases. Thanks to the commendable work he has done in this area, both through professional activity and research, he has become the Coordinator of the Stroke Unit at the prestigious 12 de Octubre University Hospital.  

Likewise, he has carried out numerous trainings in this sector, highlighting the presentation of his doctoral thesis, focused on the epidemiological-population study of neurological pathologies in the elderly, for which he obtained the distinction of Outstanding Cum Laude. In addition, he has worked as a teacher in several programs and has authored and co-authored more than 40 scientific articles, a book and a chapter, also participating in dozens of conferences and seminars as a collaborator and speaker.
