Jesús de la Fuente Vázquez is a veterinarian who, throughout his career, has always shown an enormous interest in the field of research. His high level of competence in this field and his eagerness to excel have allowed him to work as a researcher in the Food Technology Department of the National Institute of Agricultural and Food Research and Technology. Through his experiences, he has co-authored more than 35 scientific articles published in specialized veterinary journals or participated in a dozen book chapters.  

Likewise, his taste for teaching has catapulted him towards teaching, collaborating in more than 40 national and international courses oriented towards Animal Welfare. In the same sense, he has held the position of professor in university veterinary studies.
