Specialization in the Hepatobiolipancreatic area is very rare. For this reason, and for his impeccable work in the successful intervention of hundreds of liver and pancreatic resections, Dr. Alejandro Serrablo has been awarded the European Board Surgical Qualification Hepatopancreatic Biliary Surgery. It is a distinction that has also opened the doors to the General Council of the Scientific and Research Committee of the European Association of HPB Surgery, to which only eminent figures in medicine have access.  

And to achieve this he has worked for more than 20 years in the exhaustive knowledge of the organic physiology of the human body, carrying out an exhaustive research work, the results of which have been reflected in dozens of scientific articles. An academic and working career that has served him to reach the highest responsibility in the Hepatobiolipancreatic Surgery section of the Miguel Servet University Hospital of Zaragoza.
