Francisco González Vega, PhD in Veterinary Medicine, has been linked during a large part of his professional career with the livestock world. Given this situation, he has experience as a Conditionality Inspector for the Ministry of Agriculture of the Regional Government of Extremadura, ensuring that farmers offer adequate health conditions to their animals. 

His great interest in the pig species has led him to work as a Swine Technician in Tegasa, as well as to participate in several research projects related to the production of this type of animals. As a result, he has authored and collaborated in numerous scientific articles for specialized magazines and books.
