Experience

The graphic work of María Expósito Santiso can be easily found and recognized in spaces such as the National Library of Madrid, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Madrid, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Guanlan in China, among other institutions. In addition, she has several solo and group exhibitions in prestigious galleries in Spain and abroad.  

His professional career began when he entered the Superior School of Restoration and Conservation of Cultural Heritage. He then joined the Engraving and Lithography Workshop of San Lorenzo de El Escorial to complete his training and in the Lithography Workshop of the Royal Mint and Stamp of Madrid and other workshops of specialists in Graphic Work. Thanks to the preparation acquired in these spaces, she decided to open her own Lithographic Stamping and Editions workshop, where she combines her artistic facet and stamping for artists and publishers of high bibliophilia. 

In 2020, Expósito Santiso was selected for the Cycle of Women in Lithography at the National University of Buenos Aires. An initiative that proposes to make visible the female role in this complex graphic activity through its practice, dissemination and preservation of the technique. The work of the specialist has also been recognized on numerous occasions through different awards.
