Mr. Carlos Cerdá is a reputable lawyer with an extensive professional career of more than 30 years of practice in law. Expert in Port Management and Intermodal Transport, he is also specialized in Maritime, Commercial, Bankruptcy and Administrative Law. Thus, his professional activity has been focused on the field of maritime law, shipping accidents, contracts for the use of the ship, cargo claims, recreational boating, fishing, financing, maritime tax and customs, ship repair and construction in dry docks / shipyards. 

He combines his assistance work with university teaching in prestigious universities teaching Maritime Law. In addition, he has given numerous lectures and written several articles in the field of Maritime Law and Nautical Sports.
