Silvia Campos García is a versatile professional with extensive experience in the development and comprehensive management of businesses in various sectors. Founder of Con Principio Activo, tu farmacoach, she has stood out for her creativity, entrepreneurial attitude and effectiveness in comprehensive consulting for pharmacies, the creation of health campaigns, staff training and team and project management.  

Her career also includes roles as Hotel Manager, at Grupo 3 Galeón, where she has demonstrated skills in planning, staff coordination and continuous improvement of customer services, as well as in financial and marketing management. In addition, as the owner of a pharmacy office, Silvia Campos has acquired experience in staff management, purchasing, marketing, legal and financial aspects, achieving significant increases in production and sales. 

She has also ventured into other areas, such as the management of a Beauty Center, standing out for her ability to lead teams, develop innovative strategies and solve problems effectively. As such, her broad skill set ranges from recruiting to project management, accounting and problem solving.
