Raquel Santacruz García is a leading nutritionist and pedagogical specialist who has worked with some of the most important classical and contemporary dance companies in the world. She has provided nutritional and pedagogical advice to dancers of the Andalusian Dance Center, as well as the National Ballet of Spain and the Hispanic Ballet Company of New York, where she also worked as a dancer. 

She also has extensive experience in different dance companies such as the Galician Choreographic Center, La Quebrá, Otra Danza or the Velador Theater, carrying out studies in centers such as The Work of Jennifer Muller.
