Ramón Morales Arquero is a well versed professional Industrial Engineer, specialized in Electricity, Intensification and Electrical Engineering, with more than 30 years of experience in the Public Railway Sector, occupying various positions in Engineering activities of rolling stock in the area of acquisition and commissioning of new trains, innovation and modification of existing trains, innovation and modification of existing trains, as well as in the Management of Commuter and Medium Distance Trains, specifically in the area of maintenance and management of high speed and long distance rolling stock of RENFE Viajeros, RENFE Operadora and RENFE Cercanías. 

He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and has combined his professional activity with university teaching in exclusive postgraduate studies, thanks to his expertise in Railway Technology.
