Dr. Juan Carlos Montero Rubio is an outstanding professional in the field of Public Health, with a solid academic training and extensive experience in the sector. In fact, his position as Head of Section of Clinical and Environmental Microbiology of the Institute of Health Sciences, for the Ministry of Health of Castilla-La Mancha, stands out. As such, his leadership in this position has reflected his commitment to the promotion and protection of health at the community level. 

Likewise, his constant search for academic excellence has led him to complement his training with postgraduate studies, including a Master's Degree in Public Health awarded by the University Center of Public Health of the Autonomous University of Madrid. In addition, he has obtained a Master's Degree in Environmental Management from the Institute of Ecological Research of Malaga, Open International University.
