Dr. Martin H. Devoto is an ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon. He was a Clinical-Surgical Fellow at the University of Cincinnati, USA, where he trained in Eyelid, Tear Duct and Orbital Surgery. Throughout his long professional career, he has worked as a Consultant in Orbitopalpebral Oncology at the Angel Roffo Oncology Institute, dedicated to the reconstruction of periocular cancer.

He has given nearly 300 conferences in national and international congresses, and published more than 20 scientific papers in international journals. He was one of the authors of the American Academy of Ophthalmology study guides for residents of the United States and has been teaching at that institution for more than two decades.
