Dr. Javier De Juan Bagudá is a Cardiologist specialized in the treatment of heart failure, hypertension and ischemic heart disease. After performing his medical praxis in this field, he has been in charge of coordinating the transversal program of Heart Failure at the 12 de Octubre University Hospital. He has also worked in the Cardiology Department of the University Hospital Vithas Madrid Arturo Soria. 

Combining it with his work, he has participated as Principal Investigator in several multicenter clinical trials and clinical registries of national and international character, which has led him to write numerous scientific articles or book chapters, as well as to be a speaker at conferences related to his specialty.

Thanks to his interest in the world of teaching, he has taught medical training programs on Heart Failure and has been a tutor for Cardiology residents.
