Dr. Ainhoa Sarmiento García is a Veterinarian with a passion for the world of research, which has led her to dedicate a large part of her professional career to scientific study with participation in national and international congresses, in publications in impact journals, being, in addition, a reviewer of scientific articles for a journal focused on Veterinary Medicine.
Her knowledge in this field allowed her to lead an innovative project at Entogree, focusing on the use of insects as a sustainable way to recycle organic waste and produce high value biopolymers and feed for livestock.
Sarmiento García shows this same passion in his classes as a teacher. A field where she has experience in academic institutions, where she deploys her extensive knowledge of veterinary medicine and her skills as a communicator.
