Víctor Valentí Azcárate has a degree and a PhD in Medicine from the University of Navarra with a specialty in General and Digestive Surgery at the Clinic of the University of Navarra, of which he is a member together with the Cancer Center of the same institution.  

He has coordinated the Obesity Area with a preferential dedication to the Surgery and Treatment of Metabolic Pathologies. He has also worked in Esophago-Gastric and Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery in international hospitals in cities such as Los Angeles, Miami and London.  

He has published more than a hundred scientific articles in national and international journals, in fact, his most recent scientific research has been published by the International Journal of Molecular Sciences, being co-author of 4 books. For all this experience and knowledge he has been invited to many national and international conferences and congresses related to this field.
