Dr. Juan José Augusto Sánchez Castro has an extensive professional career as a specialist in Family and Community Medicine. During most of his career he has been linked to the Galician Health Service, in institutions and Primary Care centers in different areas of the Autonomous Community.  

Sánchez Castro has even served as Head of Service specifically at the A Estrada Health Center. In addition, he has several awards and is a corresponding member of the Royal Academy of Medicine and Surgery of Galicia.
