The Intensive Care Medicine Specialist Marina Perez Redondo, has oriented her career to the Medical and Surgical study of Organ Donation and Transplantation. In this way, she has contributed to the processes of intervention, care and post-surgical care in a large number of patients in the Intensive Care Unit at the University Hospital Puerta de Hierro Majadahonda. 

Her tenacity and commitment has led her to become a reference in the surgical processes in the field of transplants in Spain, a leading country in organ donation.
