With a clear orientation towards services, she has dedicated ten years to the company ISTOBAL SA. There, he has been in charge of collective and individual negotiations, Talent Recruitment and Retention, Remuneration, Compensation and Benefits Policies, among others. He is also considered an Expert in the Prevention of Occupational and Psychosocial Risks.
