Quality of life in older adults with heart failure: the family in the process of chronicity or Management of oropharyngeal dysphagia in the geriatric patient is one of several scientific publications by Nurse Mally Franchesca Veras Basora, who has focused her care and research work on the elderly population. 

Thus, from the beginning of her academic training and from her first years of professional development, Veras Basora shows a great interest in the care and attention of the elderly, as well as the study with an analytical and scientific point of view of the different pathologies that affect this population group. Her efforts in this field have earned her the Innovation and Creativity Award granted by FUDEN.
