Specializing in Biomaterials, Biomechanics and Medical Devices, Biomedical Engineer Sara Ruiz Diez is passionate about all health and technological advances, so she is constantly researching in the world of robotics and intelligent medical devices.
She is a member of the Neural Rehabilitation Group, Instituto Cajal del CSIC that focuses on research to develop methods and technologies that can help to understand and control human biological systems and their interaction with the environment. In addition, she has been a Mentor of Excellence for Female STEM Talent Development at the Royal Academy of Engineering, among other comprehensive training experiences that can be added to her novel career.
