The physiotherapist Juncal Alzugaray has developed her career in physiotherapy especially addressing the pathologies in the female body. This led her to be educated in pelvic floor and pregnancy by the hand of real experts in this field. Thanks to this specialization, Ms. Alzugaray is the author of the book Mi Suelo Pélvico (My Pelvic Floor) in which she addresses in simple language the main care of this set of muscles and ligaments.

Her communication skills have also led her to participate in informative programs in the Basque Country and to take part in congresses related to women's health.
