Dr. Saioa Vicente Santamaría has a Master's Degree in Pediatric Gastroenterology and Hepatology, a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition in Pediatrics and is an Expert in Malnutrition and Digestive Pathology in Childhood.  

She holds the position of Specialist Physician in the Cystic Fibrosis Unit of the Pediatrics Service of the Ramón y Cajal University Hospital and from there she has promoted an important work in this field, being a reference for various specialized media and scientific events on this subject.
