Dr. Sebastián Ruiz Solís is a distinguished professional in the field of Medicine for his knowledge in the Clinical Nuclear Field. He has worked for years in this service at the 12 de Octubre University Hospital, becoming considered an expert in the application of PET-CT, especially in relation to diagnosis in the neuro-oncological area. He has combined the practice in the hospital with teaching in several study centers, being a regular participant in the programs organized by the Spanish Society of Medical Oncology.  

In addition, he has carried out a referential research work, of which his thesis Evaluation of cerebral blood perfusion by single photon emission tomogammagraphy in post-traumatic stress disorder stands out. On the other hand, he is co-author of 22 articles indexed in specialized media such as the Spanish Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging.
