The study of vascular calcification in patients with advanced renal disease was the focus of Dr. Alvaro Revilla Calavia's doctoral thesis. A specialty that has led him to develop his research career in parallel to his clinical activity. 

In this sense, Revilla Calavia maintains a continuous updating of his knowledge being certified in Radiological Protection oriented to interventional practice and incorporating in his daily practice the latest advances in Vascular Surgery.
