Dr. Rui Claro is one of the great specialists in the approach to osteoarticular problems of the shoulder. As a result of his great dedication to the field of traumatology and orthopedics, this expert has developed his clinical and care activity in reference hospitals in Portugal.  

Likewise, his involvement with his area has led him to occupy positions of maximum representation in the Portuguese Shoulder and Elbow Society or to be the Portuguese national delegate of the European Society of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery of the Portuguese Society of Orthopedics and Traumalogy.  

An extensive career that has also been marked by his contribution to science, with publications of articles and book chapters.
