Juan Francisco Bote Saavedra is a professional of the highest level within the judiciary. He is an excellent and reputable Civil Jurisdictional Expert with more than 4 decades of experience in the effective management and governance of regional and provincial public entities.

He has been the President of several sections of the Provincial Court of Cáceres, a member of the Superior Court of Justice of Extremadura and its top leader.  

On the other hand, as a professor, he has worked in a singular way as University Professor and tutor of practices in subjects related to the Legal Area, being, in addition, the author of the manual Selección y comentarios de resoluciones del orden jurisdiccional civil.
