Dr. Alberto Villarejo Galende is an important specialist in Neurology, especially for his work in the approach to patients with memory disorders and cognitive impairment. He has been at the forefront of the medical profession for more than 20 years, thanks to which he has gained the necessary experience to become the Head of the Neurology Section at the 12 de Octubre University Hospital, where he also completed his MIR stay.  

He has also worked for other centers such as the Clínica la Luz, combining this practice with that of professor of various subjects of Health Sciences for university programs. On the other hand, he has research experience, which he undertook with his thesis Mortality associated with Dementia in the NEDICES cohort.
