Specialized in Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems, in the Development of New Materials and the Search for Technologically Advanced Products with improved properties for construction, Miriam Hernández Pérez has a highly specialized professional profile led by a PhD in Materials, Structures and Terrain Engineering: Sustainable Construction, a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transport Engineering, Urban Planning and Land Management, among other complementary studies that have served her to perform in important positions.

She has extensive experience in R+D+i and is an R+D+i Technician in the Materials Area at the Construction Technology Center of the Region of Murcia, and her fields of research focus on sustainable construction and Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems.
