Dr. Olga González Albarrán is a renowned Oncologist specialized in the Diagnosis and Management of Diabetes. A specialization she has acquired throughout her extensive professional career in one of the most important hospitals in the capital of Spain.  

In addition to her high clinical skills, Gonzalez Albarran adds her leadership and human resources management skills. All this has led her to direct the Endocrinology and Diabetes Department of the Gregorio Marañón General University Hospital. An excellent communicator and speaker, González Albarrán has developed an intense career as a researcher, which has led her to be recognized by the Spanish Society of Endocrinology and Nutrition. 

Author of more than thirty books and book chapters and more than a hundred publications in national and international journals, González Albarrán not only transmits her knowledge to the oncology community, but has also intervened in the media to convey to the general population the importance of preventing Diabetes.
