Focused on Training in Educational Actions based on Scientific Evidence for children, specifically, with Special Educational Needs, María José García-Vao Bel has built a professional profile in different private and public educational centers of Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Education. 

She has focused her career on Inclusive Organization within the institutions in which she has worked, thanks to the studies carried out for Directors of Social Services Centers and the Professional Master's Degree in Attention to Special Educational Needs in Early Childhood and Elementary Education.  

She has also carried out voluntary work in the dynamization of Successful Educational Actions as a member of the University Subnetwork of Learning Communities of Madrid (SUCAM) and the Multidisciplinary Association of Educational Research (AMIE).
