Esther Garcia has a degree in Small and Medium Business Management from the University of Salamanca, has worked in recent years at Grant Thornton under the U.S. member firm of Grant Thornton International, the seventh largest accounting network in the world by combined fee income, where she serves as a Junior Auditor. 

She has undertaken continuing education, from England to Spain, which has given her the independence and new insights that have helped her to develop her career. With a Professional Master's Degree in Auditing and Accounting from the Pontifical University of Comillas she was able to do internships and work in different audit departments, manage grants, inventories, financial analysis, accounting consolidation, Due Diligence, among other procedures in the products and services industry.
