Biochemist María Ángeles Fernández Montalvo is an expert in the knowledge of the microbiota and its regulatory and therapeutic capacity for the treatment of many diseases. For this reason, she has focused her professional practice on the promotion of the homeostatic state for the maintenance of health in various pharmaceutical centers, as well as through nutritional guidance for the prevention of diseases such as cancer.  

On the other hand, his research background is supported by more than 20 years of experience in the realization of food intolerance and sensitivity tests, as well as in the area of integrative nutrition. All this in coordination with teaching practice, even directing a Master's Degree in Human Microbiota and various classes, conferences and workshops related to food and health.
