Dr. Gonzalo Carreño Gómez-Tarragona stands out for his research work, where he has shown great interest in the Molecular Etiopathogenesis of Hematological Neoplasms, especially Myeloproliferative Neoplasms. His passion for the scientific field led him to join, first in the laboratory of Miguel Manzanares and later in the laboratory of Marella de Bruijn at the University of Oxford.  

His perseverance and high capacity has led him to join the Hematology and Hemotherapy Service of the 12 de Octubre University Hospital, one of the leading hospitals in Spain.
