Experience

Nurse Pilar Ramos Ávila has leadership skills that have led her for a decade to manage and direct the Intensive Care Unit at HUPHM, an environment where research is encouraged and promoted. In this first class environment, this healthcare professional has increased her competencies and skills for the care of critical patients, a task, however, that she has performed with great professionalism over two decades.

Her involvement in the healthcare field is at its highest level and for this reason she has been a member of the Mortality Commission and the Humanization Commission, which brings a holistic and patient-centered vision to her daily practice.
