With a career focused on research and teaching, Dr. Juan Carlos Frías Martínez is internationally recognized for his studies and collaborations in clinical research projects. His work has been published by certified media such as the journal Chemical Society Reviews, belonging to the Royal Society of Chemistry of the United Kingdom and the journal Circulation Research, with one of the highest impact indexes in the cardiovascular field, among others.  

His Area of Specialization has been focused on Cardiovascular Diseases and the study of Stem Cells, bringing more and more advances that allow a substantial improvement in the health of patients. Among other organizations, he has collaborated with researchers at the University of Valencia, La Fe University and Polytechnic Hospital, researchers at MedStar Hospital in Washington and the University of Virginia. 

He has excelled in his role as Coordinator of the Bilingual Degree in Medicine at the CEU Cardenal Herrera University in Valencia and, from there, he directs university and doctoral theses in Medicine, as a Collaborating Professor in exclusive Postgraduate Certificate programs.
