Manuel Jesús Gámez de la Torre is an expert in Quality Management, Occupational Risk Prevention or Environmental Sustainability Control for different types of business projects. He has a perfect command of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. His knowledge in this area has allowed him to work as Head of Food Safety and Quality at Hotel Villamadrid.

However, the largest part of his professional career has been developed around the world of teaching, working as a Professor of Quality, Safety and Environmental Management in different types of undergraduate studies. In addition, he has worked in high-level companies such as Correos, training workers in the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard.
