As a specialist dedicated to Pediatric Surgery, Dr. María Dolores Delgado Muñoz has an extensive clinical career that has culminated as Head of the Pediatric Surgery Section at the 12 de Octubre University Hospital. She has also been both President and Vice-President at different stages of the Spanish Society of Facial Fissures. 

She is a member of the National Commission of Pediatric Surgery and the Editorial Committee of the Journal of Pediatric Surgery, dedicating her career as a teacher in the field of the different specialties of Pediatrics, Gynecomastia and Minimally Invasive Surgery.
