Nurse Raquel de Diego Muñoz is a professional specialized in the area of nutrition. She has worked as an expert in this sector for more than a decade, promoting health through clinical care of the highest level and backed by a remarkable academic career. She has taken numerous courses related to breastfeeding, nutritional planning or intensive care in the Geriatric Area.

She has also taken a considerable interest in teaching, taking part in several University and Postgraduate Certificates, as well as in the training of FIR and EIR residents. In addition, he has participated in numerous congresses and seminars, promoting clinical knowledge and dissemination based on experience and through years of practice in the effective management of thousands of patients at the University Hospital 12 de Octubre in Madrid.
