Alonso Guardia has more than 20 years of experience in teaching Early Childhood Education, working with children between the ages of 3 and 6 years old. He has been the precursor of the project Docencia Activa y Humor, an association that brings together people interested in education through innovative and inclusive strategies.  

In this way, through emotional teaching and conflict mediation, he has managed to improve the empathic and assertive skills of thousands of children, contributing to an optimal psychosocial development in today's school environment.
