With decades of experience in his medical discipline, Dr. Antonio Gonzalez Gonzalez is a specialist in Anesthesiology and Resuscitation with high competencies in the care of both mothers and newborns. After years working in the Maternal and Infant Anesthesia Unit of the University Hospital Marqués de Valdecilla, he has been elected as the head of the Anesthesiology Section of this center.  

He has also held many positions in the Spanish Society of Anesthesiology, Resuscitation and Pain Therapy, holding the position of secretary of the Pediatric Anesthesia Section or coordinator of the Network of Advanced Medical Simulation Centers, developing simulated programs for undergraduate medical students or residents. Likewise, he has been a speaker at several congresses promoted by SEDAR.
