Dr. María del Carmen San Basilio Berenguer has been working for years to perfect her career in order to offer the highest level of clinical care in the area of Pediatric Surgery. After graduating with honors in Medicine, she began her stay as a MIR at the University Hospital La Paz, where she has worked in the diagnosis, preoperative management, operation and postoperative care of the problems presented by the thousands of infantojuvenile patients who come to this clinic each year.

In addition, in order to perfect his professional skills, he has carried out several external rotations in international reference centers such as the Gregorio Marañón General University Hospital in Madrid and the Great Ormond Street Hospital in London. All this combined with participation in conferences and workshops, presenting posters and acting as speaker in oral presentations for scientific dissemination and advancement of medicine.
