Virginia Pérez Pino is a lawyer specialized in Public Law with more than 30 years of experience. She has joined the Corps of Inspectors of Land Management, Urban Planning and Housing of the Junta de Andalucía, where she works as an Inspector after completing the corresponding competitive examinations and presenting extensive knowledge in the field. 

From this experience, she has been able to lead various positions in the Board of Directors of the Association of Inspectors of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and Housing of the Junta de Andalucía, where she now serves as President. At the same time, she combines her activity as a University Professor with postgraduate studies to which she has been invited.
