María del Carmen Martínez González is a professional with a multidisciplinary profile, specialized in Psychology and Human Resources Management. This psychologist has worked as a Training Consultant for the Valencian Health Agency, as well as a Human Resources Consultant in several private companies. 

In addition, María del Carmen Martínez González combines her healthcare activity with an outstanding teaching career of more than 15 years in different universities in Spain, being on the other hand a great researcher in the field of Health Psychology.  

In this sense, her line of research focuses on the Analysis of the Influence of Psychosocial Variables on the Well-being of Individuals, making contributions in the study of the Professional-Patient Communication Styles.
